Certain Items are usually shipped within 3 business days.  Some items may need to be ordered as all items are made to order.  

Due to Covid we are currently experiencing longer than usual delivery times. Items should arrive within 7-14 business day of shipment date.


If you have an issue we would do our best to make it right. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Items should be unwashed, free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear. 

Items can be returned back within 15 days of the delivery date. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.

All returns will be refunded via store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card code within 5 business days.


Customer is responsible the shipping costs to return your item(s). 

Sale items 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.



We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.


If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
